Having been established on the island since 1991, Tenerife South Management Services is one of the first English companies to legally set up business in Tenerife. We pride ourselves in the fact that since day one, TSMS have not succumbed to the island way of life of finding easy ways to do things by cutting corners. We still maintain a positive outlook toward business and still continue to give the same dedication and respect to our clients as we have done since day one.

Having been in the hospitality business for twenty years in England it was a natural choice to open and operate a property management company here in Tenerife. There are so many things in this present climate that is expected by our clients and in turn their clients, so customer satisfaction is foremost on our agenda. As a family orientated business, we can all work together as as a single unit, but with the benefit of being able to work unsupervised and still have the same overall goal, and that is to offer our clients and their guests the best possible service.
